A limited number of early check-ins (1pm) and late check-outs (1pm) are available for a $20 fee. These must be requested and approved in advance.

The Alander implements a contactless check-in process. On the morning of your arrival date, you will receive a link via text message for registration. Once completed and received, your check-in instructions will be sent by 2pm. Each guest room door is equipped with a keypad, and each guest will receive a unique code for their door lock for the duration of their stay. The Alander team is available 24/7 for anyone needing assistance.

A credit card on file will be required as the GUARANTEE for your reservation. If a credit card is not provided, a cash deposit of one night’s rent or 50% of the total (whichever is greater) will be required as the GUARANTEE for your reservation. Full payment is due and processed 5 days prior to the check-in date of your reservation. We do not accept checks.

One free parking space is guaranteed per room. Additional guest parking is also provided but limited. Please call ahead to arrange additional parking if your party has more than one car.

All guest rooms and indoor common areas are strictly smoke-free. The courtyard with the firepits is smoke-free as well. Guests wishing to smoke must be at least 30 feet from any guest room door.

All cancellations must be received at least 5 days prior to your date of arrival (by 3pm) or you will be responsible for the entirety of room charges. Cancellations for reservations on or within 2 days of the following holidays must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival (by 3pm), or you will be responsible for the entirety of the room charges: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.

We are a dog-friendly property for your well-behaved companion. However, with consideration of our guests with allergies, we have designated a certain number of rooms for our furry friends to enjoy. These rooms are limited and are only available to guests who've reserved them in advance. All guests bringing a dog must make The Alander management aware at the time of their reservation. We have no size or breed restrictions, but their human must be responsible for them at all times. Owners should avoid leaving dogs alone in rooms. Humans must clean up after their pets. At check-in, we will provide you information on local dog runs and pet-friendly trails to make their stay enjoyable. A pet fee of $20 per room per night will be added and there is a two-dog maximum per room.

During high season, we typically require a 2-night minimum for weekend stays.
